How do I set up an automation rule?

To set up an automation rule:

  • Open the AnswerMePro app.
  • Go to the "Automations" section.
  • Tap on "Create New Automation."
  • Define the trigger phrase or keyword.
  • Set the automated response message.
  • Save the rule.
Can I edit or delete an automation rule?

Yes, you can edit or delete automation rules at any time. Go to the "Automations" section, select the rule you want to modify, and choose either "Edit" or "Delete."

Currently There is no functions for Block or Unblock functions.

Can I customize my chat appearance?

No, Customer can’t change the appearance for chat.

What should I do if I forget my password?

There is no functions for Password. Customer have to login directly with OTP(Authentication Code) that user will get at the time of Login.
