End User License Agreement (EULA) for AnswerMePro

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AnswerMePro(“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

License Grant

AnswerMePro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to content, graphics, user interface, scripts, and software, are owned by Aga 914 LLC – AnswerMePro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you generate or submit through the App. AnswerMePro is not liable for any user-generated content. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on any third party’s rights.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://answermepro.com/privacy-policy.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. AnswerMePro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerMePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the application, and the “Effective Date” will reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of AnswerMePro following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This EULA and any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA or the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S. Legal Process Requirements.

Changes to this EULA

AnswerMePro reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
